We believe that hard work breeds success, but that doesn’t mean that work has to be boring. Spend a day in the office at DAVIS and you’ll witness hard work coupled with friendly office dogs, ping pong championships, trivia nights, costume parties, and more. We keep healthy and active with random in-office planking sessions, weight loss competitions for cash, charity mud runs, and a softball and hockey team.

We Give Back

Every DAVIS employee earns paid time off annually to use for charity or volunteer events. Each year, our employees give back in several ways including building homes for the homeless, participating in charity golf tournaments, charity walks, organizing blood drives, serving meals at local soup kitchens, and donating food, clothing and toys to families in need. Our Impact Team organizes these events monthly and employees are encouraged to attend.
