Commercial Project Manager

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:


  • Client Relations
  • Overall administration of project
  • Estimating related to project costs
  • Subcontract & purchase order scope development Project cost accounting set up
  • Document control Schedule of values Project scheduling Prime contract administration Invoice review and approval Monthly position reports Owner & Engineer / Architect relations
  • Other duties as required




Requirements for the Project Manager:

Bachelor?s Degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering 3-5 Years? experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Construction




  • Must have good documentation skills
  • Organizational, management and communication skills a must.
  • Computer Applications Experience:
  • Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Primavera Project Planning (P6)
  • Contract Manager Experience is a plus.
