Our client located in the Gwinnett County area is looking to hire for a full time Payroll/AP Administrator that will be responsible for Payroll Operations for all company associates by following procedures and policies and reporting changes as needed.
- Process weekly, bi-weekly and monthly commission payments through ADP.
- Assist with billing, reconciliation of invoices, etc.
- Interface with customers and all levels of employees, must be customer service savvy.
- Assist the Controller with benefits by ensuring employee deductions are correct in payroll.
- Perform other Admin and A/P duties as needed.
- Assist with audit preparation.
- Strong Excel skills, math skills and attention to detail is needed
- ADP experience is strongly preferred
Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay Range: $21-$22/hourly based on experience
