Description

We are hiring for a contract Administrative Assistant/Travel Coordinator job opening located in the Greater Gwinnett County area with a global technology company. This position is responsible for assisting with the travel management team in processing itineraries and bookings as well as other general administrative support duties as needed.

Essential Administrative Duties:  

  • Provide excellent administrative and clerical support to assigned functional area(s)
  • Assist in completion and coordination of assigned projects
  • Assist with ordering/catering needs as requested

Essential Travel Duties:

  • Assist travel management in processing itineraries and bookings, reviewing bookings against the company Travel and Expense policy; preparing and analyzing reports; working with travelers on general travel bookings and approvals needs; coordination of transports for company DUL visitors; interface with AMEX agents; working to support needs to passports and Visas; interface with company-negotiated site hotel/accommodation interfaces
  • Assist travel office manager as directed
  • Coordinate/order catering for training events for outside consultants

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative support experience
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude and deliver against promise 
  • Analytical and reporting skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with/understand cultural differences, as this position interfaces with colleagues outside of the US 
  • Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

 

General Comments:

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Temp Contract 60 - 90 day contract only

Pay Range: $20-$23/hourly depending on experience
