Our Client in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a full time Customer Reception & Support Representative.

This position pays $13-$15 an hour based on experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as interface/liaison between the Inside Sales and Support Reps and sales/support divisions within the company
  • Front line support via answering/redirecting calls
  • Identify, document and inform appropriate parties of any account-specific requirements (i.e., billing/invoicing, shipping, etc.)
  • Target calls to new customers as time allows
  • Using CRM (NetSuite), assist the sales process through daily entries, potential email communication, clerical duties.
  • Data clean-up and data entry
  • Multi-functional tasking expected

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in: data entry, written, verbal communication 
  • Excellent PC/Computer skills to include typing speed
  • Sit, stand, walk, pick up objects up to 10lbs as needed
  • Reliable daily transportation
