Description

 

Our client located in Marlboro, Ma is seeking a customer service assistant for a multi-brand food service equipment manufacturer. The position includes direct phone and email contact with customers, dealers and technicians to assist with part identification, order processing and general customer service. General day to day administrative duties.

Specific areas of responsibility:

  • Answer all phone lines as needed and assist / distribute accordingly
  • Direct contact with customers and dealers via phone and email
  • Assist sales team with customer relations
  • Processing orders received by phone, email and fax
  • Data Entry – updating and maintaining spreadsheets, customer accounts, etc.
  • Documenting call history in customer accounts
  • Assist with maintaining the returned materials log
  • Assist with preparing and packing for trade shows
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Core Skills and Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer service / administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
