Description

Large privately owned real estate and commercial development company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support both business and personal tasks of 1-2 C-level executives.  The right candidate will be extremely organized, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and ability to accommodate requests outside office hours.

Requirements of Executive Assistant:

  • Coordinate and manage the demands of a busy calendar and travel schedule, both international and domestic; including work and non-work related activities and events
  • Proofread and edit documents and correspondence as requested.
  • Act as gate keeper for incoming calls and emails.  Responsible for drafting emails and document and prioritizing and handling internal and external correspondence
  • Process expense reports and invoices in a timely manner
  • Comfortable networking and building strong relationships with clients and key business partners
  • Preparing and attending meetings, including taking meeting minutes, distributing them in a timely manner, and keeping action items updated

Requirements of Executive Assistant:

  • 5-7 years experience working as an Executive Assistant or Senior Level Admin to C-suite executives
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite; specifically Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential material both work and non-work related
  • Friendly interpersonal and communication skills including strong verbal and written English, particularly an ability to write and to proofread email messages and other documents for grammar, spelling, and stylistic mistakes. 
  • Proactive and highly professional demeanor with the proven ability to make sound decisions and judgement calls
  • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy and follow through
  • Strong coordinating, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
