Inside Sales Administrative Assistant

We are hiring for an Inside Sales Administrative Assistant for a global company located in Suwanee. This position will be 30% receptionist duties and 70% Customer Service/ Inside Sales and Logistics Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • This position is approximately 30% receptionist duties and 70% Customer Service/Inside Sales/Logistics duties.
  • Responsible for answering phones, responding to customer emails, inquires an process order intake calls and entering orders into SAP. 
  • Ship products to customers, coordinate with logistic companies for best price shipments, keep track of freight costs and confirm on-time deliveries. 
  • Update the customer to let them know when to expect their delivery. 
  • Liaison between sales department, warehouse, installation techs and customer. 
  • Send out monthly invoices.


  • Must be flexible to assist where needed.  
  • Must be customer service savvy. 
  • Must have strong Excel skills
  • SAP software experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and pay attention to detail.
  • Must be professional in appearance and communication.

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
