Job Title: Inside Sales Representative/Assistant to Sales Manager/Customer Support
Job Type: Full Time (8:00am-5:00pm)
Location: Millville, NJ
Base Compensation: $10.00-$12.00hr
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking a highly self-motivated candidate with a proven track record to join our inside business-to-business sales team. The inside sales representative will work supportively with current suppliers to exceed customer satisfaction, while increasing ROI share and volume growth goals. Experience in the glass industry and the ability to read blue prints would be a plus.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

 

  • Sales oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent math and organizational skills
  • Ability to read blue prints
  • Generate sales growth by providing customers with new and current product information and capabilities
  • Manage new and existing accounts.
  • Develop valued relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • Strong personal  computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize computer based inventor control systems
  • Managing/scheduling products ETA’s
  • Assist with special projects when relevant
  • Quality Driven, Team Player, Driven to Succeed

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business-to-business sales
  • Proven track record of success and motivation
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade, organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must demonstrate initiative and be able to maintain positive working relationships with leaders, associates, co-works and other job contacts in a mature and professional manner
  • Effective time management
  • Skilled in verbal communication and effective listening
