Description

We are looking for an entry-level Marketing Representative to join our busy sales team in Acton, MA!!

Focusing on inbound emails, calls, and website activity, you will respond to generated leads. Great communication skills and a high attention to detail are what will make you successful!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all inbound inquiries, website chat, and phone calls to sales extension
  • Streamline new leads against current database
  • Qualify and pass leads
  • Craft a sales approach personalized to the buyer's interests
  • Provide prospects with the tools and information they need in order to make a purchase.
  • Identify the hot buttons and heart aches, and help to identify solutions with the sales team.
  • Analyze digital profiles to build out our social media footprint.
  • Develop sales skills and product knowledge to prepare for next sales role.

 

Requirements:

  • BA degree in business, marketing, or a related (HS Diploma is also required)
  • 1-year of experience in a full time position, co-op, or internship
  • Able to function in a high transactional sales volume environment
  • Willingness to learn from on-the-job training
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Vmail, Google Docs and Internet
  • Excellent phone and customer service etiquette
  • Problem-solving orientation
  • Stellar communication skills
  • Attention to details.
