Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our client in Wilmington, Ma on a contract to hire basis. 

The primary purpose of this position is to provide front office administrative support for both the site and Customer Operations function. The individual would be expected to deliver excellent customer service skills to clients, visitors and staff. Additionally, they will participate in special projects and duties as directed. 

Requirements: 

  • Demonstrated Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred. 
  • Familiarity with an ERP system (preferably Oracle)
  • Must have the ability to interface with the customer, Associates and Management at various levels within the organization. 
  • Detail oriented, organized, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous Doc Control experience would be a plus
