Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
Schedule meetings/visits, take minutes, collect project information, generate Change Orders, track payment milestones & maintain reports, and finally quote and organize shipping arrangements. The Project Coordinator will also be required to back up phones, back up the front desk if needed, perform light filing.
Requirements of the Project Coordinator:
*Have the ability to capture technical meeting notes
*Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
*Experience in trucking, transport and logistics is a plus
