Description

Purchasing Admin Job Opening located in Flowery Branch

Responsibilities:

  • - Entering international and domestic purchase orders (Base on weekly MRP, special orders and MRO daily Orders)
  • - Tracking and following up on purchase orders from start to finish
  • - Reviewing and editing purchase orders for accuracy. Comparing purchase orders to order confirmations to ensure accuracy for cost, quantity and ship date.
  • - Investigate and resolve discrepancies or missing information
  • - Communicating and working with customers and internal teams
  • - Assisting with any other administrative duties assigned

 

Requirements: 

  • - Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
  • - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook & Excel
  • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • - 3+ years of administrative support and data entry experience preferred
  • - Purchasing experience preferred
  • - Team player
  • - Positive attitude, go-getter mentality
  • - Great Follow up and detail oriented attitude.
  • - The ability to help out wherever needed

 

General Comments

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. 

Contract To Hire

$17-$19/hourly based on experience
