Description

Looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced HR Team with growing IT/Software Company located in Waltham, MA.  The Recruiting Coordinator will provide recruiting support and assist with other HR department administrative tasks.   This is a long-term contract opportunity with the possibility to move permanent for the right candidate. Drug and Background check required.

 
Responsibilities
:

  • Provide full-cycle recruiting support for a global recruiting team
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with the requisition process and postings, utilizing OpenHire applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews.  Facilitate onsite interviews to ensure a stellar candidate experience
  • Support tasks associated with offer and post offer process and related paperwork, ensuring background checks are conducted and completed
  • Assist with maintaining and updating requisition reporting for open and filled positions
  • Help prepare for new hire on-boarding and related responsibilities
  • Track referrals and provide weekly status updates to both referrals and referees
  • Contribute to innovative sourcing and prescreening activities for recruiting the highest caliber and most qualified candidates
  • Take on HR department with administrative duties or ad hoc projects as needed
  • Handle confidential material and information with a high degree of discretion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting support role or talent acquisition 
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with OpenHire or other applicant tracking systems is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to multi-task, meet critical deadlines and prioritize efforts
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high volume environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and highly detail-oriented
  • Must be a proactive team player with a positive attitude
  • Focused commitment to providing excellent support and diligent follow-up
  • Outstanding interpersonal (oral and written) communication skills are a must
  • Must be able to adapt to change quickly and easily
