Our client in Golden, CO is looking to hire a  Receptionist.  As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our client. Duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including handling and distributing all in bound and out bound correspondence, and managing office supplies.

Multitasking skills are essential for this position along with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform customer maintenance on contact information in the order entry system at customer's request
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings including lunch orders and conference room bookings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare expense reports
  • Support the Finance team with assistance in cash applications functions and accounts payable data requests
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
