Description

2nd shift Test Tech 

 

Job Overview:  Under the supervision of the Test Group Leader, The Test Technician II performs fault analysis and troubleshooting of failed circuit board and assemblies.

Detail of Responsibilities:

  • Interfaces with customers to review new test platforms and introduces new test platforms to production
  • Conducts failure analysis  on customer returns
  • Records all failures in the WIP data collection system
  • Generate test procedures as required
  • Program/Operate Test/Process equipment as required
  • Assist Engineering as required

Skill Requirements:

  • 2-5 years related experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Education Requirements:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Safety Requirements:

  • Candidate will follow all safety rules as dictated policies and procedures and/or the Companies Employee Handbook.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting: Frequently
  • Standing: Frequently
  • Lifting: Occasionally

 

Other Requirements:

  • Computer skills
  • Works well with little to no supervision
  • Must be a team player
