Description

Bench Service Technician

We are currently seeking a Bench Service Technician in the Greater Atlanta Area. The Bench Service Technician is responsible for the assessment, repair and troubleshooting of equipment for outdoor payment solutions. This position requires acute attention to detail, the ability to learn multiple equipment systems and fine motor skills.

Payrate is $18.00/hr

1st shift, temp to hire, and full time.


Requirements of the Bench Service Technician

  • Evaluate and detect malfunctions of small peripherals, printers, scanners, and POS systems.
  • Troubleshoot, manage and repair returned products
  • Troubleshoots down to component level specifications.
  • SMT Soldering
  • Repair and of small peripherals, outdoor payment solutions.
  • Part replacement of small peripherals, printers, scanners, and POS systems.


Responsibilities of the Bench Service Technician

  • Organized, detail oriented and excellent ability to follow specific directions.
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment efficiently and professionally.
  • Possess fine motor skills to work with small parts and grip a variety of hand tools.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and company policies.
  • Effectively manage time and meet all deadlines.
  • Complete all task as assigned by the supervising authority in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to lift 1 - 25lbs to table height.
