Description

Searching for an Electronic Assembler in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating wiring harnesses, populating circuit boards, populating connectors and general assembly of computers and display monitors. 

This is a 1st shift position from Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Full time and temp to hire

$16.00 - $17.50/hr

Responsibilities for Electronic Assembler {Wire Harness}

  • Assembling wiring harnesses, populating circuit boards, populating connectors, thru hole and SMT soldering (10% of job responsibility) and general assembly 
  • Soldering wires to circuit boards to connect assembled connectors and wire harnesses.  
  • Willingness to provide feedback to management and/or engineering in regard to process, product, or employee improvement.

Requirements for Electronic Assembler {Wire Harness}

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • experience in electronics manufacturing at the sub-assembly level using industry standard practices including
  • soldering and de-soldering,
  • ESD prevention 
  • Familiarity with using wire strippers, cutting tools, screwdrivers and nut drivers.
  • The ability to read simple engineering and text assembly drawings and prints
  • Familiarity with electronic wiring conventions
  • Knowledge of basic electronic components {diodes, capacitors, etc.) and their polarity markings, handling and installation
  • Knowledge of wire types, terminals, connectors, mil-connectors, and crimpers.
