• Basic understanding of quality system regulations
• Support Quality and Manufacturing during packaging phases
• Manufacturing quality engineering support
• Provide feedback on improvements to inspection and testing method
• Evaluate product/material discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Participate in internal quality audits

• High school; College degree preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn basic quality systems and regulations such as Quality Systems requirements ISO 13485
• Proficient technical writing skills and use of documentation programs(Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Power Point)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop trust, respect, and confidence with internal and external customers
• Self-motivated and excellent work ethic
