Essential Functions and Competencies
You’ll have the opportunity to be an integral part of our aggressive growth strategy by working on a successful and fast-paced equipment manufacturing team. You’ll work with a close-knit manufacturing team to ensure our products meet and exceed customers’ quality requirements. You’ll implement quality management plans, monitor process control data and assist product engineers in the maintenance of inspection procedures. Qualifications / Education / Experience
Looking for a career-minded QUALITY TECHNICIAN II for our Concord, CA location. Our client list reads like a “Who’s Who” of Original Equipment Manufacturers requiring precision mechanical production capabilities including close-tolerance machining and electromechanical clean room assembly. Our product lines include equipment for the Semiconductor, Aerospace, Healthcare and Scientific Instrumentation markets. What would really impress us:
• ASQ Certification
• Experience with Agile or related software
• Lean and Continuous Improvement experience
• Great communication and a service-driven attitude What we need from you:
• 2-year engineering or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Configuration Control and Engineering Change Orders
• Document Control
• Experience dealing with non-conforming material
• Tool Calibration Programs
• 8 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing
• 3 or more years’ experience in a leadership role
