Our client located in Millbury, MA is looking for a 2nd Shift Thin Film Technician to join their team.


The Thin Film Technician Labor Grade III will be responsible for photolithography on microelectronic parts. The functions are performed in adherence with the pre-established thin film process sheets that identify the manufacturing procedures specific to each type of part that is being manufactured to ensure and maintain lot integrity.



  • Works under general supervision
  •  Dry Film Photolithography. This process involves:
    • Incoming Inspection
    • Laminating
    • Expose, Post Exposure Bake, Development, Post Development and Bake
    • Final Inspection
  • Post Procedure.  These processes involve:
    • Clean and Replacing Artwork
    • Replace Process Sheet
    • Completing the Run Sheet
  • Liquid Photoresist Lithography of Single and Double Side Wet Etch and Ion Bean Milling. These processes involve:
    • Incoming Inspection
    • Cleaning Substrates
    • Spin Coat
    • Soft Bake
    • Mask Aligning and Exposure
    • Develop
    • Hard Bake
    • Final Inspection
  • Packing and handling of thin film parts to ensure unscratched, undamaged and clean parts that are properly handled in-process and packaged for customer shipments.
