Soldering Technician

We're currently looking for a skilled PCB Repair Technician responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repair of Point-of-Sale systems and printed circuit boards of related equipment to the component level in a high volume/production driven environment. The ideal candidate is expected to diagnose and repair failures on circuit boards of cash registers, credit card readers, scanner scales, airport kiosks, and other POS equipment. This is a full time temp to perm job opportunity in the Alpharetta area.

This position pays in the $14 to $15 hourly range. 


  • Evaluate and detect malfunctions of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters.
  • Trouble shoots same to component level specifications.
  • Repair and of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters.
  • Part replacement of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters.
  • Testing of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters to ensure proper working of the same.


  • 1 – 2 years of prior small equipment repair experience.
  • Organized, detail oriented and excellent ability to follow specific directions.
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment efficiently and professionally.
  • Possess fine motor skills to work with small parts and grip a variety of hand tools.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and company policies.
  • Effectively manage time and meet all deadlines.
  • Complete all task as assigned by the supervising authority in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to lift 1 - 25lbs to table height.
