Our client in Littleton is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Technician to join their team on 1st shift!

Electronics Technician 

The Electronics Technician
is responsible for the daily assembly, test, trouble-shooting, rework, and quality production of  products. The position requires strong understanding of electronic Circuitry including passives, ICs, amplifiers, switches. 

  • Responsibilities include functional test, fault diagnostics, board level trouble-shooting and solder re-work.  
  • Ability to use electronic measurement equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators is required. Along with the ability to analyze and debug faults down to the component level.
  • Solid communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to working face-paced challenging environment are essential. 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily production goals through assembly, test, and trouble-shooting and repair  
  • Evaluate and debug failures down to the component level
  • Rework faults and implement fixes to resolve problems as needed
  • Implement improvements and solutions to improve testability and test yields.
  • Follow quality procedures and maintain proper shop flow controls
  • Perform light assembly tasks using standard tools
  • Work as member of small flexible manufacturing team 


  • 2yr Technical degree in electronics or related computer field.
  • 5+ years industry experience as well as familiarity with high tech manufacturing.
  • Experience with RF test equipment including network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, high frequency probes, DVMs, and hand tools.
  • Ability to perform solder re-work of electronic components including small form factor surface mount.
  • Knowledge of computer architecture, configurations and operating systems
  • Experience working with RF systems and microwave components
  • Ability to read schematics, assembly drawing, and follow detailed test procedures.
  • Must be familiar with Windows and/or Linux Operating System
  • Hand soldering and use of soldering equipment including irons, extraction tools, placement, hot plates
  • Must have experience with functional and system test methodologies.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills using Microsoft Office tools.
  • The desire and ability to take ownership, responsibility and be self-motivated to perform duties
