First Shift: 7-3:30 + Mandatory Overtime


Our client in Worcester is looking for a Material Handler to join their growing team. 

Responsibilities and Authority of the Material Handler/Supply Chain Associate

  • Receive in-coming material - physically and systematically
  • Provide a warehouse location for received material - physically and systematically
  • Kit work orders
  • Issue material to work orders
  • Fill work order short requests
  • Responsible for following cGMP and ISO 13485 requirements.
  • ERP transactions as needed
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
  • Maintain proper control of device traceability materials and non-conforming material.
  • Responsible for the packaging of product as defined in the customer supplied packaging procedures.
  • Other support activities as assigned by the supply chain management team

Essential Requirements Material Handler Associate: 

  • Positive attitude, self-motivator
  • Superior customer service attitude
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred
  • Experience in basic manufacturing methods
  • Must be able to read, write, and comprehend detailed manufacturing procedures and drawings in English
  • A demonstrated commitment to company values
  • Able to understand basic warehousing functions
  • Ability to physically move material throughout the factory
  • A demonstrated commitment to company values

Physical requirements Material Handler:

  • Excellent manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Standing for prolonged periods of time
  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
