Customer Technical Service Representative

We are seeking a P&S Customer Service Representative in the North Atlanta, GA area. The P&S Customer Service Representative will confer with customers by telephone or email in order to provide information about products and services.  Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.  This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards of services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the Customer Technical Service Representative

  • Keep records of customer inquiries, complaints, orders and/or comments
  • Resolve customer’s service – processing orders, inquiries or troubleshooting.
  • Solicit sale of new parts and additional services or products.
  • Processing information.

Requirements of the Customer Technical Service Representative

  • Basic trouble shooting knowledge of refrigeration and CO2 systems
  • Ability to use computer programs such as Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to gather information.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills to making decisions and solving problems
  • Must be comfortable working as part of a team
