  • Order Entry
  • Customer service
  • Answering phones
  • Tracking shipped product
  • Follow up
  • Parts price quoting
  • File scanning
  • Partnering with Sales reps on projects

Skills 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  •  Excellent time management
  • Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel
  • Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, efficient, and respectful manner in person and over the phone
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
