Customer Service Technician

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Technician in the Alpharetta area. 

The ideal candidate will handle a large number of functions including configuration, set-up, repair and testing recorders to be shipped and handling telephone technical support. Job requires the candidate to have reliable transportation due to 10% travel requirement for onsite support and training.

Pay for this position is DOE $15-$16 an hour and it's temp to hire. 


  • Troubleshooting and repairing DVR’s, camera’s, WIFI & GPS equipment including board replacement.
  • Soldering board connectors
  • Help desk technical support answering phone calls and working with customers to resolve issues
  • May require some onsite service at customer locations and repairs/replacements completed in the field.


  • Technical trouble-shooting skills working with 12VDC devices or computer repairs 
  • Must have excellent Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
  • Must have excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Must have a professional disposition and exhibit business maturity 
  • Minimum 2 year college technical degree 
  • Be a team player
  • Must be a self-starter with a positive "Can Do" attitude.
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details required, it’s a fast paced environment to work in with the need to multi-task handling multiple priorities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must pass a drug test before being hired
