Seeking a Concur System Administrator for a top global company based in Milford, MA. Drug and background check required. 


This position reports to the Concur Team Supervisor. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the Global Concur Travel & Expense tool is fully functioning and available for company business travelers to book travel and submit their expense claims. The Concur system should reflect current company T&E policies and local regulatory requirements at all times and the Concur System Administrator II is accountable for ensuring that it does.


  • Leverage applicable technology systems and oversee procedures to ensure proper maintenance of employee services and month end processes
  • Configure Concur for changes to policies and rules
  • Coordinate unit testing and validation of changes
  • Liaise with Concur User Admin team for system enhancements and associated testing
  • Liase with company BT for required changes due to regulatory, compliance or SAP upgrades
  • Manage escalated requests from Global User base
  • Resolve complex issues associated with failed data feeds, both inbound and outbound to Concur
  • Submits cases with Customer Support and works through resolution of problems
  • Assist T&E Manager and P2P Global Process Owner to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices


  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 3+  years experience using Concur preferred
  • Experience ERP system administration
  • Experience training staff on utilizing Concur or an ERP
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Business process improvement skills
  • Knowledge, insight, and experience in systems maintenance
  • Capable of working independently and applying problem-solving and analytical skills in accounting processes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
