T&E Financial Analyst


This position will report to the Concur Team Supervisor and will support the execution of Expense Processing related activities. After T&E expense reimbursement payments are made, this role will review selected types of expenses to ensure they are valid for business purposes.


  • Work closely with expense submitters and approvers to resolve queries and issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor workflow queues for exceptions, errors and urgent requests and work with Processing Supervisor for resolution
  • Ensure compliance to Global T&E Policies including the mandatory use of the Company Card
  • Investigate excessive use of entertainment, misc. expenses, travel booking outside Concur, missing receipts
  • Uses rules and reporting to investigate potential areas of fraud; report non-compliance issues when required per policy
  • Leverage applicable technology systems and reporting tools and follow procedures to ensure proper review of employee expense reports
  • Work with T&E and AP Manager and T&E Administration Supervisor to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices

  • 3+ years experience
  • Concur experience preferred
  • Knowledge, insight, and experience in financial accounting
  • Capable of working independently and applying analytical skills in accounting processes
  • Experience in handling high volume portfolios and balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in culturally diverse teams
  • Customer focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to leverage and build on ERP skills to perform accounting functions effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to write queries and extract reports from Concur
