Seeking an part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Marketing department within a global, life-science company based in Milford, MA.  This is a 4-5 month contract role, working M-F 9:30am - 2:30pm.  This individual will provide general administrative support to a group of Director level leaders and their Staffs. 


  • Manages and provides clerical and administrative support including but not limited to word-processing, presentations, data management and analysis, scheduling, proof-reading, video/teleconferences, purchasing, record keeping, filing, copying and mailing.
  • Prepares, reviews and tracks invoices as well as expense reports for a specific department and/or Director(s).
  • Acts as a liaison as well as serves as a resource person inside and outside of the company and acts to resolve intermediate level to complex problems in relation to administrative coordination responsibilities
  • Orders office supplies, covers mail room duty, handles a variety of other general administrative tasks as needed


  • Minimum of an Associates Degree (preferred) with at least two years administrative experience in a corporate setting
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Lotus Notes experience a plus
  • Requires excellent continuous team work, use of discretion, flexibility, and exemplary interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required
