Description

Client Support Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY:   

Provides superior service as the primary point of contact for clients, delighting customers by solving their problems while demonstrating that we care.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Effectively solves customer inquiries by phone or email, troubleshooting concerns and provides satisfactory solutions
  • Contacts customers to resolve missing or unclear test requisition information; updates Harvest LIS as needed
  • Monitors customer account activities and proactively identifies issues that require action and/or escalation
  • Records all customer communication and activities in SalesForce.com
  • Assists with all other Client Service activities and participates in continuous improvement
  • May serve as back up for Client Service Specialists, Data Entry and Lab Support Personnel
  • Follows all company safety policies and procedures
  • Regular attendance and timeliness is essential

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma/GED, BS/BA Degree preferred
  • Some customer service experience required, call center experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.  Able to generate business correspondence and properly document and enter client notes into CRM tool.
  • Must be a natural inquisitor, thrive on details, and have a strong positive customer service inclination
  • Moderate in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Good typing skills.  Internet conversant.
  • Strong commitment to task, exploring all avenues to solve problems
  • Experience with salesforce.com a plus.
  • Able to multi-task among various computer applications with a high level of accuracy
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an even temperament
  • Able to work a varied schedule including Saturdays
