Training Coordinator
Remote due to Covid / Based in Milford, MA
Long Term Contract

The Customer Education Training Coordinator (Entry Level) will provide operational and logistical support for Customer Education Team. The individual will be responsible for the conversion of the legacy customer education content, and they will conduct various administrative tasks to ensure all courses are run efficiently.

The successful individual will be well-organized, action-oriented, and dependable with demonstrated proficiencies in communication, time management, and collaboration.

  • Oversight to all content conversion of the Customer Education eLeaning materials.
  • Periodic status reports to ensure compliance to aggressive timelines.
  • Various administrative actions needed to comply with Quality Assurance guidelines.

  • AS/AAS in business administration or equivalent is preferred
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
  • SuccessFactors LMS experience is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated organization skills, high productivity, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm to work collaboratively within a team.
