Seeking an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join a growing organization located in the Acton area.  Applicants should have 3+ years experience in a customer service environment and be comfortable answering and transferring 150 phone calls per day.  


  • Review and distribute incoming emails to the proper customer success team member
  • Provide updates to customers on order status and tracking numbers
  • Review and enter new orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform administrative duties to support cross-functional departments
  • Perform customer service support tasks such as confirm orders in customer portals and order entry.


  • High School Diploma required
  • 3+ years’ experience in reception and switchboard required
  • Prior working experience in customer service and/or customer support is required, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Superior communicator, both verbally and written
  • Able to multi-task between many activities seamlessly
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills required; able to maintain a professional, friendly and upbeat demeanor
  • Execute tasks with the utmost sense of urgency and attention to detail throughout the day
  • Reliability and commitment to the organization’s teams, 100% on a daily basis
