We are searching for a Field Service Coordinator located in Marlboro, MA. This is a temp to hire position.

Field Service Coordinator will be instrumental in managing the scheduling and coordination of scheduled customer service needs and field service technician


  • Strong Communication and the ability to handle multiple customer requests that are continually changing
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects 
  • Timely and precise communication to customers (internal and external)
  • Develop planning strategies for long term scheduling activities
  • Develop planning strategies for short term scheduling activities
  • Utilize new scheduling software
  • Redirect customer inquiries to the appropriate IEP department
  • Knowledge of customer locations and time and territory management
  • Coordinate aftermarket product sales with IEP representatives.
  • Collect field service data


  • Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; plus three to five years related experience in customer service or project management environment (preferred Gas & Oil Industry related); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Focuses on solving conflict; maintains confidentiality. Remains open to others ideas. Works well in a team environment.
  • Oral Communication: Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills.
  • Written Communication: Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret written information
  • SAP a plus
