Description

Searching for a Service Support Administrator based in the Lowell, MA area. This is a 12 month + contract position with a premier client. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dispatch review and depot queue support.
  • Take ownership and process of cases assigned to either queue, using the company's best practices via Salesforce.
  • Follow up with customers when applicable.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as Contracts, Customer Registration, Sales Ops, etc., to complete the case and depot request forms.
  • Managing 30-50 cases daily.
  • Communicating to clients via email or some phone.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate within the team and with other teams.
  • Salesforce experience is required.
  • Provide suggestions/recommendation on process improvements
