Member Services Professional


  • Assist Customers with transportation requests
  • Facilitate needs with customers, department, and company
  • Stay on task with work-based items during working hours
  • Outstanding communication and problem solving skills
  • Make and received calls to secure NEMT providers to accommodate transportation requests
  • answer phones
  • Verify insurance coverage
  • Communicate with customer service and dispatch teams
  • Follow up on service with members once trip is complete


  • Customer Service skills
  • Basic computer skills, Microsoft Excel, experience with Trapeze software a plus,  Microsoft Word
  • Pleasant phone voice/manner
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to work flexible work schedules when needed
  • Work environment - cubicle, could be noisy at times, sitting for duration of working hours and using computer
  • up to 2 years of customer service experience; ability to multi-task

Salary $15.00 per hour; working hours 8 am to 5 pm, M-F
