Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as a representative of the company; maintain polite, professional interactions with customers
  • Attend the front desk, welcome guests, and answer and direct incoming calls
  • Facilitate access control and maintain building security; maintain visitor log book, and issue visitor badges
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations department
  • Assist with import, shipping and customs processes for inbound shipments
  • Prepare reports; organize and maintain document files
  • Enter sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and bills into the system
  • Provide initiatives for business growth and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
  • Perform a variety of light custodial and building maintenance tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • 5+ years recent/related experience in an administrative, customer service, receptionist, or related role
  • Previous import experience desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Problem-solving ability and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including a positive attitude
  • Great interpersonal skills – Displays honesty, ethics and integrity at all times
  • Must have prompt and regular attendance, a sense of urgency, self-motivation and discipline, the ability to develop a rapport, and be a team player
  • Minimum of 40 hours per week
