Description

Large organization based in Milford, MA has an opportunity for Regulatory Affairs Coordinator.  Seeking an entry level Administrative Professional to work closely with Regulatory Affairs team to help expedite Regulatory projects.  This is a long-term temp to hire opportunity.  Drug and Background check required.  $20-$22/hr DOE.

We are looking for a professional who likes to learn new things, enjoys the corporate environment, and has a desire to expand his or her skills and knowledge base. Must be outgoing and a team player, a good communicator and quick learner. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize in a fast paced, multi-demand environment while staying cool under pressure, and can successfully build relationships with internal and external customers and is comfortable interfacing with all levels of management.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage Regulatory Affairs Microsoft Access Database
  • Retrieve product  information from Regulatory  files and corporate enterprise management system (SAP)
  • Conduct basic research per request of RA team
  • Additional responsibilities include;
  • Clerical and administrative support including word-processing, presentations, scheduling, proof-reading, some travel arrangements, purchasing, expense reorts, record keeping, filing, copying and mailing.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Experience working in a corporate setting preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
  • Requires excellent continuous team work and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required
  • Must be detail oriented with ability to work independently
  • Problem-solving skills are important
  • Able to interface with all levels of internal management and staff, domestic and international as well as outside customers and vendors
