E&I Tech (Mechanical)

Individuals will join high performance technician work teams that are responsible for keeping production flowing, meeting performance goals and maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products. The Mechanic’s role on the team is to be the primary technical leader on the shift responsible for planned maintenance, breakdown maintenance, trouble-shooting and training of others.  Maintenance Mechanics are expected to get involved, take charge of situations and confront business-related problems

Additionally, all employees are responsible for following all Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices as detailed in plant procedures




They are seeking individuals with strong technical, interpersonal and leadership skills.  Prefer individuals with 2-5 year’s experience in maintenance repairs and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes.  Use of hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc is a must.  Also, use of shop tools and benches for parts fabrication and repairs will be necessary when performing breakdown and/or preventative maintenance on equipment. Mechanics must also be capable of operating and maintaining automated equipment, computer systems and product distribution systems (shipping and receiving. Qualifications and/or understanding of electrical systems knowledge is a definite plus
