Our client located in Marlboro, Ma is looking for  Customer Support Associate to join their team. This is a 1st shift Contract opportunity.

The Customer Support Associates responsibilities will include

  • Telephone support of our custom Windows application, Windows operating systems, e-mail, dialup access and network support for customers and field employees.  
  • The main duties of these contract openings will be to transition 12,000 customers from windows 7 to windows 10 via telephone support.
  • Customers will be receiving written instructions via mail that will walk them through the update themselves.
  • The tech support rep will be engaged if the customer hits any snags along the way thus prompting them to call tech support to help finish the update and answer any questions.
  • Must be able to deal with prompts, screen issues, troubleshooting etc.
  • All candidates will go through training to go over the upgrade protocol so they will be fully prepared to handle the incoming calls from customers.


  • Windows 10 deployment; upgrading Windows 7 to Windows 10
  • Experience with Windows 7 or 10 (a plus)
  • Desktop support
  • 1-2 years technical support experience
  • Solid phone/customer service skills
