We are looking for an Assembly Lead, looking for the next step in their career as a Supervisor! This is a first shift opportunity in Hudson, MA. We offer a flexible schedule and tons of room for growth!      

  •  Assembly of mechanical housings systems and hardware for both stand-alone products and products containing printed circuit board assemblies
  • Primary work is conducted while sitting
  • Putting together circuit boards and test boards
  • Utilizing hand tools (powered and manual) 
  • Electrical testing with multi meters, oscilloscopes and simulators
  • Soldering cables attaching wires to a printed circuit boards,  point to point and soldering adapters to cables


  • 5+ years of E/M assembly experience and supervisory experience
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience and ability to train and mentor staff
  • Associates degree is electronics and able to fault find on PCBs and cables
  • Ability to work with hand tools and crimpers
  • Experience in mechanical assembly mounting and assembling PCBs and components into enclosures
  • Will be expected to identify and manage parts for each Assembly BOM
  • Soldering cables attaching wires to a printed circuit boards,  point to point and soldering adapters to cables – Soldering Certifications preferred JSTD-001 and IPC WHMA-A-620C
  • Electrical Testing
  • Fault finding of electronics
  • Fitting/ Pipe bending preferred but will train - General fitting skills
  • Able to work from work instructions schematics and blueprints
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
