Description

Our premier client located in the heart of Suwanee, GA is hiring experienced electro-mechanical assemblers who can perform soldering for a seasonal contract  position.  This is a 6 month contract position with an amazing company. Hours: Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. 40 hours per week and overtime as required. 

Lots of overtime on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr and the  Overtime Pay Rate: $22.50/hr

 

Electro-Mechanical Assembly Job Opening in Suwanee

Responsibilities of the Electro-Mechanical Assembler

  • Assemble parts or units, and position, align, and fasten units to assemblies, sub-assemblies, or frames using hand tools and power tools
  • Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly
  • Connect cables, tubing, and wiring according to specifications
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine component parts and assembly sequences of electro-mechanical units

Requirements of the Electro-Mechanical Assembler

  • Understand written documentation and procedures (English)
  • Be proficient with basic hand tools and assembly practices
  • Interpret assembly and wiring diagrams
  • Possess basic computer skills (Windows)
  • Be proficient with basic wiring, soldering, crimping and ESD practices
  • Work as part of a team or unsupervised
  • Be able to inspect their own work and maintain quality standards
  • Provide information to supervisors or coworkers through written, verbal, or electronic means
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair assemblies that fail function testing
  • Inspect materials to identify the cause of errors or defects
  • High School diploma or equivalent
