We are seeking a skilled Electronics Test Technician for a major manufacturer in the Norcross area. This is a direct hire opportunity and pays between $20 and $24 hourly (40-50K annually).   • Test PC boards and sub-assemblies that do not pass inspection
  • Use engineering drawings, electrical schematics, sketches, written and verbal instructions
  • Operate electronic test equipment to troubleshoot PC boards and sub-assemblies to the component level
  • Maintain test and troubleshooting records
  • Build and repair circuit board and electronic assemblies
  • Answer technical questions from assemblers
  • Meet all quality, quantity and established manufacturing practices to satisfy customer requirements

EDUCATION: Two-year degree in electronics, electrical engineering, technology, or related field

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years' experience in electronics testing and troubleshooting


  • Ability to operate electronic test equipment, including DVM, oscilloscope, signal generator, meters, etc.
  • Basic PC skills
  • Working understanding of analog and digital circuit theory and microprocessor architecture
  • Ability to read and create schematics
  • Circuit construction, soldering, and electronic troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to distinguish colors
  • Ability to read and write in English
