Our client in Milford, MA is currently looking for a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist - to support our Americas Global Operations/Manufacturing.  In this role, the TA Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that our Milford Manufacturing Operations (Machining, Production, Assembly),Taunton (Chemical Manufacturing) and other locations achieve their hiring investments for the year.  

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will primarily partner with managers in hiring for a high-volume of positions including:

  • CNC Machining (Lathe, Milling), Programming
  • Synthesis Operations
  • Production Engineers
  • Light Industrial
  • Assemblers

Our sites include not limit to:

  • A world class 50,000 Sq. FT. Machining/Manufacturing facility, w/ over 90+ start of the art CNC machines and technologies. 
  • New Precision Chemistry Manufacturing in Taunton
  • Assembly Operations


  • Own and manage the sourcing & screening processes for open positions within assigned business areas
  • Partnering with hiring manager to aid them in utilizing our applicant tracking system (iCIMS) as well as full-cycle recruiting support where needed
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of job responsibilities for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources to assure a talent pipeline
  • Schedule and pre-screen candidates through phone interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers based on the provided job description and culture fit
  • Utilize applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and post job openings
  • Ensure proper documentation meets compliance of the recruitment process
  • Passionate advocate for candidate experience with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, etc. for prospective candidates
  • Collaborate with the TA team to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies to achieve hiring results
  • Provide expertise on the employment market, trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure Waters’ competitiveness in hiring


  • 5+ years of recruiting experience preferably supporting skilled labor, manufacturing operations, cnc machining, synthesis production, industrial operations positions
  • Experience in screening/interviewing candidates
  • Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches for sourcing and delivering candidates
  • Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals and other KPIs as defined
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic and collaborative mentality
  • Demonstrated ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a job seeker's motivation, career goals, and interests
