6 Months Contract - Wellness Program Project

Job Summary:

The HR Benefits Specialist will bring their benefits expertise in the development of a robust Wellbeing Program for all US locations.  This includes a developing a three-year Wellbeing strategy, selecting a Wellbeing vendor, creating Wellbeing initiatives, and developing Wellbeing metrics.

Job Details:

  • Work with Senior Benefits Manager to develop a three-year well being strategy that includes eligibility, design, vendors, branding and incentives
  • Oversee and coordinate the marketing/communications campaigns and projects for well being
  • Work with benefit brokers and benefits vendors to implement new/updated programs as needed to address physical and mental health needs of the organization
  • Promote well being activities at HR staff meetings as needed.
  • Develop site well being program champions and prepare well being champion communications
  • Track engagement and outcomes from initiatives as data is available
  • Keep abreast of current well being trends and activities to help formulate continuing well being strategies
  • Oversee the administrative duties related to well being with support from the benefits team


  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field with 3-5 years of experience in Benefits with an emphasis on Wellbeing or Wellness program development
  • Business acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience must include Wellbeing or Wellness Program development
  • Knowledge of Wellbeing or Wellness systems
  • Outstanding Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
