Description

Our client in Lowell, MA is looking to hire Technical Support Representatives. This is a long-term contract, hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  

Technical Support Representative 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound Technical Support related calls. 
  • Deliver excellent customer service while providing technical information and assistance.
  • Answer technical questions related to our software along general IT questions related to the assigned project.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to deliver superior customer service
  • Strong Information Technology background thru education and/or work experience
  • Understanding of operating systems, networking technologies/protocols, and software applications
  • Sound analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
