Now Hiring Temporary Medical Affair Research Assistant in Marlborough, MA!!

2-3 week project starting asap

40 hrs/week  8am- 5pm Mon-Fri

$18 - $22/hr (depending on experience) recent grads encouraged to apply!

Project:  Compilation of Reference for Medical Affairs Core Presentation Deck

The goal of this project is to create a library of references utilized in the Medical Affairs Core Tuberculosis Presentation slide deck. 

Daily activities will include sourcing the scientific journal article cited in a presentation; reviewing the journal article; identifying and highlighting the pertinent text/data/graphs of the journal article supportive of the slide content.   

The supportive reference document will be mapped to specific slides for easy reference checking using hyperlinks or another available tool.


  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent in life science (Biology, Biomedical Science, Clinical Lab Science, Medical Technology etc.)
  • 0 – 2 yrs. experience

Core competencies:

  • A general working knowledge across scientific disciplines
  • Experience with literature searches/sourcing information
  • Adept at reading and referencing scientific literature
  • Strong Computer skills:  Experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Word required
  • Strong organizational skills
