Our client in Holliston is looking for a Cycle Count Associate to join their team on a contract basis. First shift!

This hybrid position’s main focus is inventory cycle counting and to track and monitor inventory within the warehouse. Requires strong reliance on accuracy, control, monitoring and coordination in order to confirm inventory & investigate count discrepancies. Assist with ERP transactions, production & warehouse duties as directed by supervisor.

  1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    1. Inventory
      1.  Perform daily cycle counts
      2. Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity
      3. Manage product identification, location, and lot code accuracy. Research inventory discrepancies
      4. Manage and improve warehouse storage and organization.
      5. Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity on hand
      6. Report discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products
    2. Production Floor Duties
      1. Build spares and smaller assemblies as required
      2. Support any production process or work that may be assigned.
      3. Daily maintenance of workspace including but not limited to: any waste produced, station supply, restocking of materials and supplies etc.
    3. Production Assistance
    4.  Assist with work instructions and maintaining work order integrity and BOM corrections
    5. Manage parts for work orders and alert production manager of shortages
    6.  Assist with other duties as required
  2. Qualifications
    1. Education & Experience:
    2. High School diploma, or equivalent
    3. Previous cycle count experience highly preferred
  3. Competencies
    1. Ability to critically think and problem solve
    2. Ability to multi-task and work through several problems
    3. Language Skills: Ability to read, write and speak in English
    4. Basic Computer skills, MS Excel, Word, & Outlook, basic math skills
    5. Reliable transportation to work, good attendance & punctuality
  4. Working Environment
    1. Exposure to production and manufacturing hazards including but not limited to: lift systems, terminals, tools, and ladders. Hazards to minor cuts, bruises, potential for electrical shock, fumes, dust, noise and exposure to chemicals.  
    2. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day.
    3. Must be able to lift and carry 30lbs
