Seeking a 10+ year experienced Executive Assistant in the Greater Boston area responsible for managing the daily responsibilities for 2+ c-suite executives.  This would include schedules, travel arrangements, projects and activities to allow them to lead the company with minimal distraction, while promoting an excellent corporate image that models our culture and values.   Direct hire opportunity. Drug and Background check required. 


  • Handle all sensitive information discretely and confidentially.
  • Manage and maintain the executives calendars including all meetings, conference calls and daily priorities. Ensure there are agendas, briefings and applicable materials available in advance.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and travel, both domestic and international, to include professional and personal related activities and events.
  • Act as the gate keeper and the initial point of contact for internal employees, visitors, and incoming calls and emails.  
  • Responsible for drafting emails and documents, and prioritizing and handling internal and external correspondence.
  • Process expense reports and the execution of documents in a timely manner. 
  • Prepare and attend meetings, including taking meeting minutes, distributing them in a timely manner, and keeping action items updated, when needed
  • Networking and building strong relationships with clients and key business partners.
  • Proofread and edit documents and correspondence as requested.



  • High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline highly preferred.
  • 10-15 years of proven successful Executive Assistant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Additional experience with Concur, Great Plains or PeopleSoft a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material, both work and non-work related.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and coordinating skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with demonstrated ability to timely manage multiple projects and tasks.
