Description

Office Manager:
We are currently seeking a High Energy Office Manager for our client in Huntsville, AL. 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain professional and welcoming reception area 
  • Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate employee or meeting room
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate employees within the office
  • Order and maintain adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Purchasing of components used in prototyping 
  • Maintain visitor log
  • Escort visitors within the facility
  • Prepare packages for mail, UPS and Fed X delivery
  • Reserve office conference rooms
  • Assist with planning and execution of work lunches and company events
  • Maintain company credit card and monthly reconciliation

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook 365, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Punctual and dependable
